Banana Nut Cake

Ingredients: 

150g Nut Butter of your choice 

3 Bananas 

80g Greek yogurt 

75g Whey Protein 

25g Erythritol  

50g Flaxmeal 

1 egg 

1 Tbsp Vanilla 

60g Dark Chocolate 

  1. Set Oven to 375° F 
  2. In a bowl peel bananas and mash with a fork till smooth. 
  3. Crack in egg and add vanilla. 
  4. Add in nut butter and Greek yogurt and mix until everything is evenly mixed. 
  5. Add in dry ingredients and mix well. 
  6. Add in Dark chocolate and mix through batter. 
  7. Line a rectangular Pyrex dish with parchment paper and pour in batter. 
  8. Place in oven for 25 to 30 minutes
