Gl!tched Bounty Bars

Ingredients: 

  • 150g shredded coconut (unsweetened) 
  • 10g coconut milk 
  • 10g erythritol (or to taste) 
  • 60g protein powder 
  • Pinch of cinnamon 
  • 350g Dark Chocolate (Orange Dark chocolate bar was used) 

Instructions: 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, coconut milk, erythritol, protein powder, and a pinch of cinnamon. 
  2. Mix the ingredients until well combined, ensuring the shredded coconut is evenly coated with the mixture. Set aside. 
  3. Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a double boiler until smooth. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. 
  4. Coat silicone molds with a layer of melted chocolate. Ensure that the chocolate covers the bottom and sides of the molds. Place the molds in the freezer for about 5 minutes to set. 
  5. After the chocolate in the molds has set, remove them from the freezer. 
  6. Spoon the prepared coconut filling into the molds, pressing it down to create a firm layer. Make sure the edges are exposed for sealing. 
  7. Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the coconut filling in the molds, covering it completely to seal the bars. Make sure the edges are well covered to prevent any leakage. 
  8. Place the mold back in the freezer for approximately 5 minutes to allow the chocolate to set and create a firm shell around the coconut filling. 
  9. Once the chocolate has completely set, carefully remove the bars from the silicone molds. 
  10. Place the Gl!tched Bounty Bars in an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator until ready to be served.
