Overnight Granola

Blueberry Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 Scoop Whey Protein
  • 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Harvest Crunch Granola
  • 1/4 cup Keto Granola
  • 5 Brazil Nuts
  • 4 Macadamia Nuts

 

Instructions:

 

  1. In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup coconut milk with 1 scoop of whey protein until well combined. 
  2. To the liquid base, add hemp hearts and chia seeds. Stir thoroughly to ensure an even distribution. 
  3. Add blueberries into the mixture, being aggressive to break them up into the mixture 
  4. Add Harvest Crunch Granola and Keto Granola to the bowl. Mix until the granola is evenly coated. 
  5. Garnish with your brazil and macadamia nuts. 
  6. Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge. Let it sit overnight to allow the chia seeds and granola a chance to absorb the liquid
